Ken’s career includes more than 30 years experience in corporate executive positions as well as founding multiple entrepreneurial enterprises.

Ken’s rich experience with corporate firms such as Sales, Education, Technology, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, Education, Consulting, Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication and many others.

In addition, Ken founded two companies, NearShore Interactive, a website design and development agency, and Customer Management Solutions, a custom software development company that was later acquired in the Internet boom of the 1990’s.

As an executive coach, Ken is leveraging his extensive business, industry, entrepreneurial, organizational behavior, leadership and human resources skills to help others optimize their results, navigate transitions, and realize their professional and personal objectives.

Ken has held positions from Founder/CEO to VP of Offshore, Chief Operations Officer, to Managing Director, to VP of Sales.

Ken’s coaching credentials are through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

He received his MBA from Emory University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University.
